Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Upon placing your order, you will receive an initial order confirmation email, and another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times are in accordance with Australia Post Standard and Express Shipping times. An estimated delivery date or shipping time will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times within Australia

We offer simple flat rate shipping for all orders within Australia. We also offer free Australia Post Standard Shipping within Australia for orders totalling $60 and above. Please see rates below for Standard and Express shipping.

International shipping

We offer international shipping to New Zealand.

Shipping cost and time varies depending on weight, and will be displayed at checkout once order and address information is entered. Please contact info@trifora.com.au if you have any questions. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trifora.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
